The 7 Layers of Healing™ – Season 1 Recap

Updated: Sep 28

What Every Herbalist, Homemaker, and Healer-in-the-Making Needs to Hear

Shalom Family,

I’m so grateful you’ve walked with me through Season 1 of The 7 Layers of Healing™. This podcast wasn’t created to “go viral.” It was created to call the right people deeper. If you’ve been wondering why you still feel stuck, sick, or scattered—even with all the herbs, plans, and prayers—I pray this season gave you clarity and confirmation.

This recap is here to help you revisit what you’ve learned, reflect on where you are, and take one bold step toward where you’re being led. Whether you’re tuning in for the first time or have been listening since Episode 1, there’s something in this season that speaks directly to the season of life you're walking through.

Episode 1: This Podcast Is for the Healer in You

This episode lays the foundation of everything we’ll unpack throughout the season. I open up about why this podcast exists, who it’s for, and why healing isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, nutritional, spiritual, environmental, and even generational. We talk about what it means to be called to heal, and how even the act of listening and learning can be an act of obedience. You’ll leave this episode reminded that you don’t need to be perfect to be called—you just need to be willing.

Episode 2: You’re Not Healing Because You’re Skipping Steps

WE RECEIEVED MESSAGES THAT THIS EPISODE HAS AN ERROR-

We're working on it, please skip it for now!

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “all the things” and still not making progress, this episode explains why. We break down the full 7 Levels of Healing™ framework and how missing even one can keep you in a cycle of confusion and relapse. You’ll hear how spiritual disconnection, poor nutrition, and a cluttered life all impact healing—and why the order matters.

Episode 3: Your Symptoms Are Speaking—Can You Hear Them?

Your body is always talking. But are you listening? This episode breaks down what your symptoms are really saying—from fatigue, to cravings, to skin flare-ups. I talk about the importance of understanding your body's patterns and not dismissing discomfort. I also walk through journaling techniques, symptom mapping, and how to look at the whole picture—not just isolated problems.

Episode 4: Rebuilding the Foundations of Nutrition

Nutrition is one of the most misunderstood levels in the healing process. This episode goes deeper than ‘eat healthy.’ We talk about mineral restoration, blood sugar balance, and how under-eating affects hormones and energy. You’ll hear real steps to rebuild—not restrict—and how to bring joy and rhythm back to the kitchen.

Here is the continuation of your Season 1 Recap  for The 7 Levels of Healing™ podcast—Episodes 5 through 10:

Episode 5: The Truth About Toxins & Creating a Healing Environment

Toxins aren’t just found in bleach bottles and body sprays—they’re in our thinking, our routines, and even the way we decorate our homes. In this episode, I share how to begin detoxing the spaces you live in, not just for aesthetic purposes, but for spiritual and cellular alignment. I walk through how to reduce exposure to physical toxins while restoring peace through order, music, scent, and intention. You’ll learn why a healing environment can’t coexist with chaos—and what you can do about it.

Episode 6: Healing Is a Lifestyle—Not a Hobby

One of the biggest roadblocks I see is inconsistency. People start strong, but life happens—and healing gets dropped like a side project. In this episode, we talk about the difference between a healing season and a healing lifestyle. You’ll get real strategies for Sabbath, meal prep, daily rhythms, and how to make obedience sustainable. We also dig into how rest is required, not optional, and what Yah teaches us about order through the very way creation was formed.

Episode 7: When You’re Called to Heal Others (But Still Healing Yourself)

Can you pour while you’re still being filled? This episode speaks to the herbalist, doula, mama, or community healer who’s still carrying her own symptoms while being asked to serve others. We talk about imposter syndrome, the pressure to “arrive,” and what it means to be obedient with what you do know—even if you’re still in the thick of it. I share my own story of serving while grieving, studying while healing, and teaching what I had with boldness.

Episode 8: Cooking Is Prophetic—How the Kitchen Heals

This episode is one of the most intimate ones of the season. I speak on how cooking is more than meal prep—it’s spiritual preparation. I break down how the kitchen is a sanctuary of rhythm, provision, and prophecy. You’ll learn how to turn meals into ministry, how to shift your energy while cooking, and how involving your children in the process changes the atmosphere of your home. I also give practical steps for reclaiming your kitchen when time and energy are short.

Yah gave you the desire to heal—don’t let confusion stop you.

Episode 9: The Forgotten Power of Purpose in Healing

Purpose isn’t the cherry on top—it’s the oxygen of your healing. In this episode, we dive into why feeling “meh,” unmotivated, or stuck often isn’t about health at all—it’s about misalignment. We explore how Yah gives clarity through service, how callings can be buried beneath busyness, and how your symptoms might be revealing deeper stagnation. I offer prompts and prayer points to help you tune in, get quiet, and remember what you were made to do.

Episode 10: What Healing Has Looked Like for Us (Testimony Episode)

This Season 1 finale brings it all together with real stories from women who’ve walked the 7 Levels of Healing™ in real life. From hormone crashes to chronic fatigue, spiritual confusion to environmental shifts—they each testify of what obedience has done in their lives. You’ll hear honest stories of letting go, slowing down, trusting Yah, and finally learning to listen to the body. This episode is for you if you’ve ever doubted that you can change. You can. These women did—and they started tired, not perfect.

Looking Ahead…

If you’ve made it through Season 1, my prayer is that something inside you feels seen, stirred, and called higher. The 7 Layers of Healing™ isn’t a formula—it’s a way to return to truth, simplicity, and wholeness through Yah’s design. And it’s only the beginning.

If you’re ready for deeper education and structure, I invite you to explore:

This podcast was made for the ones who are ready to obey—even before they feel ready.
