The moment I knew I had to teach this...
I didn’t start this to become a business owner—
I started because I was tired of doctors telling me I was fine when I knew I wasn’t.
When dandelion root helped me restore my cycle,
I knew Yah had given us more than pills and protocols.
That’s when I stopped hiding and started teaching.

My Training as a Clinical Herbalist
My path into herbalism didn’t follow the traditional trail of degrees and certifications — and that’s by design.
I began my work through personal healing, after facing my own health challenges that conventional medicine couldn’t answer. That experience pushed me into the world of herbs with a hunger to understand not just what they do, but why they work in the body.
I’ve studied widely — from programs like Rosemary Gladstar’s, to medical and pharmacology textbooks, to historical African texts that carry the wisdom of our ancestors. Much of what I teach was built through years of self-directed study, hands-on clinical practice, and client care. I’ve tested and refined these frameworks in real homes, real families, and real casework.
While many rely on a piece of paper to prove their knowledge, my education has been lived, applied, and sharpened in practice. The systems I share today are biblically sound, African-centered, and clinically reliable because they were formed uniquely through my own voice and lens.

Letters to My Students
To the tired mom who’s trying to figure this out at midnight...
To the nurse who knows there's more to healing than what’s in the chart...
To the daughter who wants to break generational patterns…
I see you.
I am you.
And Yah equipped you for this work—
now let’s do it together!
