Printable Botanical Studies, Experiments & Observation Pages

Give your young herbalist a place to observe, explore, draw, and document what they're learning!
The Student Herbalist Notebook is a printable companion to Teach Your Family Herbalism, designed to help children develop the habits of a thoughtful herbalist through hands-on activities and nature study.

Inside, you'll find plant observation journals, individual herb monograph templates, botanical family studies, plant anatomy activities, tracing and coloring pages, and experiment worksheets. Children can examine the parts of a plant, record what they notice in nature, investigate herbs, and build their own collection of botanical knowledge.

Rather than simply memorizing plant names and uses, children are encouraged to ask questions, recognize patterns, make observations, and record their discoveries.
