Summer Cooling Herbs Recipe Collection

Shalom, family!


Summer is one of my favorite times to work with herbs because they naturally find their way into everyday meals. Instead of reaching for heavy foods and warm drinks, this is the season of lemonades, vinegars, smoothies, fresh herbs, fruits, salads, and cooling treats.


Many of the herbs that thrive during summer happen to pair beautifully with seasonal produce. Wild violet, raspberry leaf, mint, lemon balm, hibiscus, rose, red clover, and rosemary all bring something unique to the table while helping us make the most of what is growing around us.


This collection focuses on practical recipes that can be used throughout the season. Some are beverages, some are meals, and others are simple ways to add more herbs to foods you're already making.
