Cancellation Policy
Cancelations must be received no later than 48 hours before the service time and date. If you are unable to make an appointment and have given 48-hour notice, you will be able to reschedule one additional time within 3 months. An additional deposit of 25% will be required for each re-booking that exceeds the first courtesy. If you no show without notice, you will need to reschedule to book another visit and you will not receive a refund for the missed appointment. If you are running late, we will wait for you, but services will only be rendered during the appointed time. Waivers must be completed before the Herbal Helper System Appointment (check your email or email us for additional details). Appointments are non-refundable.
