   - We'll start by understanding the practical application of tinctures. Learn the various methods and best practices for incorporating tinctures into your wellness routine.

2. Why you want to make tinctures:

   - Discover the compelling reasons behind creating your own herbal tinctures. From preserving the potency of herbs to having a sustainable and self-reliant herbal toolkit, we'll uncover the motivations driving herbal enthusiasts like you.

3. Who shouldn't use tinctures?

   - It's essential to know when tinctures may not be suitable for specific individuals. We'll explore contraindications and considerations to ensure the safe and responsible use of tinctures.

4. Is your tincture cloudy?

   - We'll answer this question, hint: it's not what you think.

5. Did you add enough menstruum?

   - Understand the importance of the menstruum-to-herb ratio in tincture making. We'll discuss the significance of proper measurements to ensure your tinctures are potent and well-balanced.

6. What is Menstruum?

You can trust that by the end of "Tincture Time," you'll be well-equipped to create tinctures with confidence, serving as a valuable resource for your loved ones and community. So, let's begin this journey together and empower ourselves as herbalists! 

The live will start promptly, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Participants can join the stream and ask question via video or voice.  Notes will be delivered at least 7 days before the stream, please print them and take notes during the stream. During the class you will have the option to make multiple tinctures of your own with my assistance. Herbs are not included, so bring all of the supplies with you! We will have a 10-15 minute Q&A to get all of your questions answered. Questions are welcomed.
