So, make a daily habit of checking in with yourself, both externally and internally.



 




2. Understanding the Causes:

Heavy menstrual bleeding can be attributed to various factors, with hormones playing a significant role. Estrogen, in particular, affects the buildup and shedding of the endometrial lining. For some women, conditions like fibroids can lead to persistent heavy bleeding even after menopause. Understanding the cause, especially if it's recurrent, is crucial.

Two herbs that come to mind are Yarrow and Raspberry Leaf. Yarrow stimulates the uterus, making it useful for absent periods or excessive bleeding, thanks to its high tannin content. Raspberry Leaf is both an astringent and a uterine tonic, suitable for situations with excess fluid. Consider the affinity of each herb to your specific issue when making your choice.
