REPLACEMENT REQUESTS:

WE'RE HERE TO HELP!

 

Every order is important to us! Mistakes do happen, but we are dedicated to making sure you are satisfied! If your item is damaged in shipment, do not worry!

We have a quick and easy 2-step process to handle these types of situations!

 


First, We ask that you reach out to us as soon as a problem is detected. Please include your full name, the platform where you placed your order and the item(s) that need to be replaced. All requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Take a picture of how the order arrived with it's original packaging. If possible, take a picture of what's inside your box or envelope without removing it. Photos are mandatory as we need them for documentation purposes.

Second, Send us an email with as much detail as possible about the item's damage. Good examples are: "My Hair oil arrived half full with the top off" or "The dropper on my 4 oz bottle came shattered".

if you send a store message, we will respond asking you to attach pictures, before we can process your request!



We will get back to all inquiries within 48 hours.
We will try to ship all replacements within 2 business days.
