During my search to find a holistic herb journal, I found that there simply wasn't one on the market. This is the ONLY herb journal you will EVER need, seriously. Each herb profile has 2 pages with lots of useful information to fill out: Name, Latin Name and Family, Common Names, Parts used, Preparation Method, Herbal Energetics, Plant Identification , Organ Affinity, Best herbs to pair with and Folk History. In addition to this we've also included two sections for you to document how you would describe the look, taste, smell or etc. There is a lot of lines to document your research and there's a bonus space to add a recipe, list or additional notes if needed.
