How Long? How Fast do Herbs Work
In today's video we're going to discuss how long it takes for herbs to work.
How long does it take to see results? I get asked that question all the time and people are excited for the end result of the hard work that they are doing. But there's some important things that you have to think about first. This is an answer that you probably don't want to hear but here's why it may take a little bit longer than if you were using pharmaceuticals.
The first thing you have to think about is what's the underlying condition or what's the current condition of your health. if you're already in good health, you have good eating habits and you have all these different factors working together then it's going to be much easier for your body to adjust and for the herbs to help your body and support your body.
If you are using herbs but you're doing the same things in which caused the disease then your body has to work harder, and the herbs have to work harder too so take that into take that into consideration. When I used to do body care products, I would explain that the shampoo can help but if you're still using products that you know can alter the hormones and the
underlying root cause is hormonal issues then herbs can only do so much or if you still are doing all kinds of styles that cause tension and breakage then this product can only do so much. You really play a role in how quickly you can see a result by facilitating the change that you want to see and aiding the herbs to do that.
How long did it take you to get here?
You have to think about the fact that you didn't just wake up with high blood pressure, Diabetes Type 2, etc. It took you a long time and a lot of effort to get yourself to where you are. It took you over a prolonged period of time eating foods that were not good. You don't just wake up with lung cancer it took you smoking cigarettes every day. So we have to be mindful; it's not just going to reverse itself in one day. Depending on how long you've been abusing your body, neglecting your body's needs.
Everybody's situation is different.
Everyone's needs are different.
It varies but you typically want to wait two to three months to really see whether the herb works efficiently for you. You also want to give one herb a long time to work so you can isolate the results.

Let's say you have water retention, a problem with the kidneys can lead to other issues. You make you have may have thought that your main goal was XYZ but now because you're taking all these different herbs that are flushing toxins out and they're diuretics you may see better skin.
It's really good to take a mental snapshot of where you were before and look at all different types of things so don't even just focus on the one objective you may have other things that are going on and other changes so it's really a good idea to pay attention to how your body feels on a daily basis.
Many people get used to ignoring symptoms because they don't understand what the body is trying to say, or they don't pay attention to their bodies. Don't push anything off, pay attention to how your body feels.
What does this look like?
Eat slowly, when you're washing yourself or getting ready look at yourself. Take time to look at your skin, to feel the various parts of your body.
The number one thing that people always say is that they get much more regular. They literally say they're peeing more and pooping more. That's how it starts and that's how you know that your body is trying to cleanse itself before it can restore. you wash yourself off before you get yourself ready.

Herbs seem to work slowly because they're not forcing your body to do anything. They're not managing anything, they're supporting, strengthening, and nudging the body to regain balance.
A band aid is quick, but the ultimate goal is to leave the bruise alone so it can heal. Healing takes time.
The next time you want to know how fast will this herb work, ask yourself are you seeking a long or short term solution.
This helps me to understand what I need to do to get my health back to healthy.
